Sarah is available for teams and group art therapy only.
Sarah West is an environmental arts therapist, trained at the Kutenai Art Therapy Institute.
Through her therapeutic arts and consulting practice, Earthen Vision, Sarah works alongside individuals and organisations to engage with the land, creativity and story to imagine possibilities, nurture wellbeing and facilitate connections. As an avid mythology and folklore enthusiast, she also facilitates how working with story may breathe wonder, transformation, and meaning into our way of being.
With 10 years of experience leading consultations and policy on environmental issues working with governments and Indigenous communities, Sarah has always grounded her work with a lifelong practice of connecting deeply with the land. She also holds a Master’s in public administration and an undergraduate degree in cultural anthropology and peace studies.
Sarah lives and practices in person and online, amongst the mist-covered mountains and turquoise waters of Nelson, British Columbia.
